Custom Control Panels

Tri-Tech has designed hundreds of custom electrical control projects for a variety of industrial systems, and has design-built custom control panels for many large corporations including GM, Delphi, BEHR, and Goodrich. |
Most often, these turn-key panels are part of a larger installation where fast-paced panel turn-around is required and the design is not yet complete. We work up front with the contractor and owner to determine the control parameters, preferred component manufacturers, drawing requirements, and PLC programming needs. Then a rough schematic is developed for integration into the owner's system, so that long-lead components can be ordered. Final design and approvals continue as panel construction begins. Depending on the start-up schedule, PLC programming can begin during the construction, allowing the panel to be shipped with an installed program. |
